Need help with...
- The course I want is full. If you attempt to register for a Graduate, Online or Continuing Education course in Web4 and receive an error message saying, “course closed”, feel free to put yourself on the waitlist for that course. This lets us know that more students need a particular course, so we can consider making schedule changes to accommodate the need. Note that this does not guarantee that space will be made available. But, it does indicate that you would like to be added when and if the decision is made to add additional seats.
Here's how to add yourself to the waitlist:
- After receiving a registration error code for a full section, select the “Wait Listed” option from the drop down menu and then select “Submit Changes”.
- Your name is now added to the waitlist for this SGOCE course.
- If a seat opens, a staff member of the Registrar’s Office will register you for the desired section.
- You will receive an email alert at your Fitchburg State student email.
- Full payment or allocation of financial aid for a SGOCE course is due at the time of registration. It is critical that you arrange payment right away in order to secure your spot in the desired course section. Questions regarding financial aid can be addressed to that office at finaid@fitchburgstate.edu or 978.665.3156.
- Registering? Email registrar@fitchburgstate.edu or call 978.665.4196
- Your student account? Email stuaccnts@fitchburgstate.edu or call 978.665.4126
- Financial Aid/Loans? Email finaid@fitchburgstate.edu or call 978.665.3156
