Editing Timelines
* Faculty interested in teaching through the School of Graduate, Online and Continuing Education should submit requests to academic department chairs prior to the EMS scheduling deadline.

December: Round 1 due (EMS will be turned off)

January: EMS will be turned back on for round 2 edits

February: Round 2 edits due and EMS is turned off for good

March: Registrar’s Office will be done with edits. Any additional edits beyond this date will be done via the SGOCE Course Changes form (for final approval). Please reach out to SGOCE at gce@fitchburgstate.edu for access to this form.
