Alert

Falcon Key

Your Falcon Key is your main network password. It is used to log into the network, Blackboard, staff email and lab computers.

Fitchburg Gold

OneCard holders are able to store cash value on their card. Fitchburg Gold funds are accepted at many places around campus.

There are three tools available to create online forms and surveys: Dynamic Forms, Google Forms and Qualtrics.

Information Security is the practice of defending information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or destruction.

J Drive/Google Drive/I Drive

Students, faculty and staff have a J Drive, which is their own location on the network to store their documents. In addition, all students, faculty and staff have access to a Google Drive with unlimited storage. The preferred method for storing and backing up your files is through your Google Drive. Faculty and staff members also have access to a shared network location known as the I Drive, where they can share files with others in their department.

Jamf Pro

Jamf Pro is a comprehensive management system for Apple macOS computers and iOS devices. With Jamf Pro, IT can proactively manage the entire lifecycle of all university-owned Apple devices.

Login using your Falcon Key (Fitchburg State email address and password) to access a variety of applications including Blackboard, Gmail, College Scheduler, FalConnect, OneCard eAccounts, Rave FSU Alert, and more.

Tk20

Fitchburg State University is transitioning to Watermark Planning and Self-Study during the 2023-24 academic year. If you have any questions about either TK20 or Planning and Self-Study please contact Cate Kaluzny at ckaluzny@fitchburgstate.edu.

Tk20 is an online assessment and e-portfolio system used by many departments and programs on campus.

Web4 (Self-Service Banner)

Web4 is a web-based interface to the University's student records system (Banner). Students use Web4 to register for classes, view their class schedule, pay fees, view financial aid information, view grades and transcripts, and update their contact information. Faculty use Web4 to view class lists, enter grades, enter red-cards, and display advisee data.

Zoom Web Conferencing

Zoom is a web conferencing solution that gives you the ability to host live virtual meetings and classes, with access to various collaboration tools.

As of 2024, the university has discontinued the use of Zoom for video conferencing. We have adopted Google Meet as our standard platform for video conferencing. You can find detailed information about Google Meet on the Google Workspace for Education Plus page.
