The IT Help Desk is here for your technical support needs, whether you're on or off campus. There are several ways to reach out for help, and our call center and chat are available 24/7!

The Help Desk is located in Conlon Hall 236.

Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–8:00pm

  • Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm

  • Saturday: 8:00am–12:00pm (closed on Saturdays preceding a Monday holiday)

Note: While walk-in service is available at the Help Desk, you can submit an online ticket.
