The 2026 Hispanic Heritage Month theme, “Unidos, Somos Más. Together, We Are More”, celebrates the strength, resilience, and collective impact of Hispanic and Latino communities across the United States and beyond. The theme highlights the power of unity, emphasizing how shared histories, cultures, traditions, and experiences bring people together to create lasting change. It recognizes the contributions of Hispanic communities in areas such as education, leadership, advocacy, the arts, science, business, and public service, while honoring the generations whose perseverance and achievements have paved the way for future success. Through unity, collaboration, and cultural pride, we are reminded that our greatest accomplishments are often achieved when we come together. From September 15th to October 15th, we celebrate the vibrant spirit, diversity, and excellence of Hispanic communities and affirm that together, we are stronger, more connected, and capable of shaping a brighter future for all.
The 20 countries and territories recognized during National Hispanic Heritage Month are Spain, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.
