Editing Timelines
* Faculty interested in teaching through the School of Graduate, Online and Continuing Education should submit requests to academic department chairs prior to the EMS scheduling deadline.

December 13, 2021: Round 1 due (EMS will be turned off)

January 10, 2022: EMS will be turned back on for round 2 edits

February 4, 2022: Round 2 edits due and EMS is turned off for good

March 1, 2022: Registrar’s Office will be done with edits. Any additional edits beyond this date will be done via email (final approval to courseschedulechange@fitchburgstate.edu and if GCE course change, gcecoursechanges@fitchburgstate.edu changes email only) between the department chairs and their Deans.

March 14, 2022: Fall 2022, Winter 2023, Spring 2023 and Summer 2023 seats list will go live
