Request a Transcript

Fitchburg State University has authorized Parchment, a third-party transcript provider, to process all official transcript requests for our students. Official transcript requests are submitted online and can be delivered in either an electronic or paper format. Electronic official transcripts cost $5.00 per copy, plus an additional fee for mailed paper copies. A debit or credit card is required to place your order.

Transcript orders are not held for the posting of future grades or for the conferral of degrees. Please make sure that your transcript is current before ordering. Current students can do this by viewing their unofficial transcript on Web4.

Once logged into Web4, go to the Student tab, click on Student Records, and then select the Official Academic Transcript Request link.

Place Transcript Order Through Parchment

For former students: You can order your transcript directly from Parchment. You will need your contact information (including an email address), Social Security number, date of birth, and approximate years of attendance.

Important Notice for National Student Clearinghouse Requesters
