Refunds are determined by the number of hours classes have met, not by the number of hours the student has actually attended. All refunds are issued by eRefund. If you're expecting a refund, set up your eRefund account.

Refunds are not issued after the start of class for special-scheduled courses. The late fee is not refundable. To determine the refund amount due, the official date of withdrawal is the date on which the Registrar’s Office is contacted. In the event that a class is cancelled by the University, a full refund of tuition and fees is granted. Hybrid courses are online courses with additional face to face meetings.
