My Accounts Online Management

My Accounts provides you with a web-based interface (24x7x365) for self-management of your OneCard account.

There is also a free mobile app available for Android and iOS. Just search for "Blackboard Transact" or "eAccounts" in the app store to download.

The OneCard My Accounts website can be found here or on the Blackboard Learning Management system (tab at the top of the page labeled "OneCard").

These are some of the features available through My Accounts:

  • Quick Balance Checks (Fitchburg Gold, Falcon Dollars, Book Advance, and Dining Points)
  • Online Deposits with Major Credit Cards
  • Monthly Statements
  • Transaction History Reports
  • Email Notifications
  • Report Lost or Stolen Cards

Parents, Family, and Friends Deposit Instructions

  1. Go to the My Accounts Website.
  2. Click on the "OneCard My Accounts and Guest Deposits" link.
  3. Click on the "Make a OneCard Guest Deposit" button at the bottom of the page.
  4. Enter the student's First and Last name, in addition to their Student ID (Banner ID) in the "Cardholder Information" box. When entering the Student ID number, do not type the "@" into the "Campus ID" field. For example, if the student’s ID number is "@00012345", enter the ID in as "12345" (without the quotes). Click the "Contribute" button. Enter the amount you would like to deposit and then your Credit Card and contact information and click "Submit" (Note: Click the "Submit" button only once).
  5. The funds will be deposited immediately onto the student's card and available for use. You will receive a copy of your transaction via email (Still need help? Call us at (978) 665-3039).

Students, Faculty, and Staff - "My Accounts" Login Instructions

  1. Go to My Accounts Website.
  2. Click on the "OneCard My Accounts and Guest Deposits" link.
  3. Enter your username and password (Falcon Key information).
