State of the University Address and Fall Semester Celebration Picnic

About This Event

We'll gather on the main quadrangle at 10:30 a.m. for our annual State of the University celebration, open to our entire community: students and families, faculty, librarians, staff, alumni, community partners, and friends of Fitchburg State.

Together, we will recognize colleagues celebrating milestone years of service, honor faculty, librarians, and staff for exceptional contributions to our mission, celebrate members of our university community, and look ahead to the opportunities and priorities that will shape the year before us. President Hodge will deliver a State of the University Address.

Following the program, everyone is invited to stay for our fall semester celebration picnic on the quad.

For those unable to attend in person, the State of the University celebration will also be livestreamed on FATV.

We hope you'll join us as we welcome a new class of Falcons and begin another academic year together.
