Let's celebrate the Class of 1976

Fifty years is a extraordinary milestone, and it’s time to celebrate the memories, lifelong friendships, and shared history that started right here on campus. You are warmly invited back to Fitchburg State for a day dedicated to reconnecting, reengaging, and reminiscing with the Class of 1976. 

REGISTER FOR THE GOLD KEY BREAKFAST AND 50TH REUNION

Schedule of Events — Saturday, September 19, 2026

• 9:30 a.m. — Gold Key Ceremony & Breakfast, Hammond Hall, Main Lounge, Celebrate your official induction into the prestigious Gold Key Society alongside your fellow 1976 graduates as you receive your key from President Donna Hodge.
• 11 a.m. — Official Class Photo, Steps of Thompson Hall, Gather on the steps for our 50th Reunion commemorative group photo.
• 11:30 a.m. — Campus Tours/Scavenger Hunt, Meet outside the library to check out campus with some of our student tour guides.
• 1 – 3 p.m. — Class of 1976 50th Reunion Reception, Falcon Hub / University Archives, Hammond Hall, Join your classmates for a reception and trip down memory lane in the Falcon Hub and University Archives. Hors d’oeuvres and cash bar (beer and wine only) will be available. Bring photos and memorabilia, reminisce and reconnect. Do you still have your 1976 silver dollar? Bring it along to show us! COST: $30 per person.
