Fitchburg State University is committed to making our local community and the world a better place. Community engagement and volunteerism for students are coordinated through the Center for Diversity and Inclusiveness and the Office of Student Engagement.
Students, faculty, and staff collaborate to provide real world experiences so students understand how all citizens have a responsibility to work towards building stronger communities.
Our goal is to engage and serve educators, public and private organizations, community groups, businesses, health organizations and governmental agencies, to make a difference in our community and beyond. We offer volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
