Part of the Communication Law and Ethics course and open to all, this session features Manchester University Professor Dr. Mark Carrigan examining the ethical challenges raised by generative AI. Drawing on his research in digital sociology and his recent book Generative AI for Academics, Carrigan will consider how these technologies are reshaping creativity, labor, and responsibility.
