Undergraduate Research Conference: Call for Artwork

About This Event

Students are invited to submit visual artwork for the 17th annual Undergraduate Research Conference. Submitted work will be evaluated by a committee and one piece will be selected to be featured campus-wide in promotional materials (including posters and social media). The artist whose work is selected will receive a $50 prize.

To submit, students should send a high-resolution digital file to ugrad-conference@fitchburgstate.edu along with the title of the work (if any), a short description of how the piece reflects the conference's themes of creativity, knowledge, inspiration, and/or scholarship, as well as why it should be selected as the visual representation of the 2026 conference. 

Submissions must:

• Be in digital format (PNG/vector/EPS/Ai)
• Be accompanied by a short description of how your work reflects the conference theme
• Include artist's name and contact information
