How can we create healthier relationships with our devices? In this hands-on workshop, we’ll experiment with practical strategies for digital wellness—like setting up “Walden Zones,” adjusting phone settings to reduce distraction, and developing small rituals for screen-time balance. Students will leave with concrete tools to make technology more supportive of their values.
