About This Event

The University Police Department will be hosting an active shooter response training. The university has adopted Department of Homeland Security recommendations in the development of our active shooter response training. The objective of the class is to enhance your ability to identify, prevent, and respond to such incidents. The course includes videos, discussion and a Q & A session. Members of the Fitchburg State University Police Department will offer various options to consider during an active shooter event.
