John McDermott

John McDermott

Due to COVID restrictions, John McDermott is unable to make it this fall. CenterStage is working on rescheduling him for November of 2022. We apologize and join in your disappointment that John is unable to entertain us this year.

Irish tenor, John McDermott, returns to CenterStage at Fitchburg State University to serenade us once again. From Toora Loora Loora and The Rose of Tralee to The Last Rose of Summer and Danny Boy, John McDermott’s voice rings velvety and true. John McDermott, who was born in Scotland to Irish parent and raised in Toronto, draws from a wide repertoire of songs telling stories of love and war, of loss and history. A McDermott performance is a festival for the ears.
