Many Athletic and Recreation departments frequently promote the ways we teach valuable life skills and contribute to academic success to recruits, current athletes and families. However, we often struggle to demonstrate those efforts in tangible ways.
The assessment process helps to organize our coaches and staff by providing shared goals and objectives that guide the work we do on and off the field of play and ensuring that we are contributing to institution-wide learning priorities.
