Dual Enrollment

Please note: Due to limited course seat availability, as a reminder, dual enrollment at Fitchburg State University is first come first serve. At this time, applications for Fall 2020 Dual Enrollment are officially closed due to reaching capacity.

Applications for Spring 2021 dual enrollment will be available in December 2020.

This program is for high achieving secondary school students enrolled in a public or private Massachusetts high school. It allows students seeking more rigorous coursework to earn academic credit at both their high school and at Fitchburg State University simultaneously. We are pleased to offer a Dual Enrollment Program during our fall and spring semesters.

You are able to enroll in available courses that meet your high school graduation requirements. You must begin in a fall semester, as we do not accept students to begin in the spring semester. In order to be considered for admission into the Fall 2020 Dual Enrollment program, applications must be completed no later than July 20th, 2020.

If you have participated in the fall semester, you must reapply to be reconsidered to participate in the spring semester. If you participated during your junior year, you must reapply to continue in your senior year. If you have additional questions, please contact Amanda Egesi at Aegesi@fitchburgstate.edu or Andrew Goodwin at Agoodwi7@fitchburgstate.edu
