Virtual EMS is an online event management system that allows faculty, staff, and instructors to book rooms for non-course related events, like conferences, special events, panel discussions, and guest speakers.
Please note: A request for space does not guarantee that a space is assigned.
Reservation requests are not considered confirmed until the Office of Event Management sends an official reservation confirmation to you via email.
All requests will be reviewed by the Office of Event Management before being scheduled and confirmed.
The Office of Event Management will provide notification of changes to reservations promptly via phone and/or email.
