National Hispanic Heritage Month is annually celebrated from September 15 to October 15 in the United States for recognizing the contributions and influence of the nearly 70 million Hispanic and Latino Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States. 

Hispanic and Latino, people have influenced American history and culture from the since before its inception and continue to do so today.
