Reserve a Workspace or Study Room

Study Pods and Rooms

NOTE: Study pod and room bookings are in 30 minute increments.  To book a study pod and room for 2 hours, select 4 consecutive time slots. 

The library has 17 study rooms, 4 one-person study pods and a media production room that can be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. 

Study Rooms

  • Nine study rooms contain a conference table, white board, media viewing equipment, computer and an Apple TV. Most of these rooms can seat up to 6 people. Exceptions are Room 408 which can accommodate 8 people and Room 210C which can accomodate 3 people. These rooms are available during regular library hours.
  • Eight study rooms, which can seat up to 2 people, contain a conference table, computer, and whiteboard. These study rooms are available after 7:30 pm during the week and on weekends.

Pods: Four study pods contain a seat, a tabletop, customizable lighting, and white noise.

Media Production Room: The media production room contains a computer, Apple TV, ceiling mounted projector, DVD player and document projector. This room, which can seat up to 6 people, is intended for faculty, staff and students who need to view media, practice presentations or produce media.

Additional Study Spaces

The Library offers several workspace options for library patrons, including an information commons computing area, active study spaces on the first and second floors, and quiet study spaces on the library’s 3rd and 4th floors.

Information Commons

The central area of the first floor is the information commons and includes:

  • The Research Help Desk
  • An open computing area with 30 public computers  
  • 2 multi-function printers
