A Novel Idea: Rethinking Our Food Systems
As part of the 2025-26 focus on the future of food, the Fitchburg Community Read program is hosting panel exploring the status of our present food system from a local perspective.
Join us to hear what local leaders and organizations are doing to improve local food systems, as well as what individuals can do as well.

- Meghan Maceiko, Director of Grants & Impact at Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts
- Judy Tomlinson, Director of Community Impact at United Way of North Central Massachusetts
- Beth Walsh, Fitchburg City Councilor-at-Large
- Paul Gove, Owner and Operator of Gove Farm (Leominster)
- Brandon Robbins, Executive Director of Ginny's Helping Hand Food Pantry & Thrift Store
