Please join the Amelia V. Gallucci-Cirio Library and the University community as we honor the life, career, and enduring legacy of Professor Emerita Lillian A. Tater.
Exactly fifty years to the day since the original dedication, we gather to celebrate a woman who defined the spirit of our institution for over a quarter-century. A proud 1932 alumna of the first Fitchburg State Teachers College degree class, a Harvard-educated scholar, and a beloved mentor, Professor Tater’s devotion to her students continues to inspire.
