has joined the Gardner Police Department. Black is the first graduate of Fitchburg State's Police Program to join the department. He has been assigned to the overnight shift. Black received his bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and then moved directly into the police academy through Fitchburg State's 4+1 Criminal Justice program.
