Matt Costello, Esq. '13

has been promoted to Counsel at Nixon Peabody. Costello is a member of their Complex Disputes group, where he focuses on sophisticated business litigation matters in both federal and state courts. In addition to his litigation practice, he is a dedicated mentor and active firm leader. He is integral to recruiting initiatives and mentoring talent in the litigation group. Beyond the firm, Costello is a respected leader in the Massachusetts legal community, serving as the co-chair of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association and he was recently selected for the 2025–2026 Boston Bar Association Public Interest Leadership Program (PILP).
