has been named to the 2026 ALX100 list by We Are ALX. We Are ALX is the largest Latino advocacy organization in Massachusetts. The fourth annual ALX100 list recognizes 100 Latino leaders from across the Commonwealth whose contributions are shaping the businesses, industries, institutions and communities that are central to Massachusetts and New England’s economy and civic life. The ALX100 celebrates the breadth and depth of Latino leadership in Massachusetts, highlighting cross-generational leaders and changemakers whose influence spans some of the Commonwealth’s most important industries and sectors, including government and public policy, financial services, healthcare and life sciences, education, nonprofit and philanthropy, media, real estate, hospitality and professional services. Nicholson received her bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from Fitchburg State. She currently serves as Vice President and Controller for MassDevelopment and is a member of the Fitchburg State University Board of Trustees.
