Dawn E. Dunbar '03

has been hired as the new Assistant Town Manager and Human Resources Director for the town of Harvard. Dunbar brings with her an extensive background in municipal government and administration. She began working in local government 15 years ago for the town of Groton, first as an assistant for the Land Use Department, and then later as the executive assistant to the town manager. And for the past three years, Dunbar has been the town clerk for Groton. Dunbar holds a degree in business administration from Fitchburg State.
