his film Beautiful Was the Fight is a feature-length music documentary showcasing several women from the Boston music scene and their struggle to achieve equality and success while embracing their identities and finding a voice in the community. The film was a Silver Winner at the 44th Telly Awards and has been featured in a number of film festivals both domestically and internationally. A screening of the film will take place at the Mugar Omni Theater, Museum of Science on May 22 at 7:30 p.m.
