Join Professor Govindan on his program to Verona, Italy! Student will study nutrition concepts and how they relate to the so-called Mediterranean Diet? Is Italian food synonymous with Mediterranean diet? Students will Analyze this using the chemistry and biochemistry of ingredients, such as wine, cheese and olive oil. Student will go beyond the classroom and immerse themselves in the culture of Verona, Italy!
