Aubuchon Hall is home to approximately 300 upper class students who live in recently renovated suites. Each suite includes four double-occupancy rooms, a bathroom, and a furnished lounge.

Each of Aubuchon's 11 floors is composed of four suites, a large common area, and two study lounges. The residents of Aubuchon Hall also enjoy a communal kitchen, a TV room with cable service, and a recreation room with ping-pong and pool tables. Aubuchon Hall is a co-ed building. Suites are designated by gender.

Mara Village, a complex of 8 buildings, is the newest housing facility at Fitchburg State. Each building houses approximately 48 students within 6-7 suites. There are single rooms available but most suites' bedrooms are double-occupancy. Each suite includes a bathroom and a lounge, and each building provides a kitchen and a common lounge.

The exception is our newest building, Mara Village 8, which houses approximately 104 students in addition to a laundry room complex, hall staff offices, and a front service desk. Mara Village also includes a Commons building with a recreation room, where students can play pool or ping-pong.
