With just over 150 seats, the Hammond Hall Falcon Hub offers a relaxed, coffeehouse-style room with comfortable seating, cash bar and a very cool atmosphere. The CenterStage Hub Series is 18-plus.

As has been tradition for 12 years, Fitchburg State University CenterStage will welcome renowned author and gourmand Fred Plotkin to campus to lead a culinary tour of Italy .

This year’s event will focus on the Italian region of Sardinia. Plotkin will enlighten guests about the history, culture and cuisine of this island that serves up plenty of sea, sand, and history. An authentic menu of specialty dishes will accompany the verbal tour. Enjoy the traditions of Sardinia through this delightful culinary and cultural adventure.

About Weston Auditorium

Some performances demand a larger space. The Weston Auditorium is a traditional 800 seat venue where CenterStage is able to bring events from big bands to larger than life entertainers. With tremendous acoustics, there is not a bad seat in the house.
