This section will give you some tips about what to do before, during, and after the interview. It also contains information about basic business etiquette, the second interview, and some frequently asked questions. The MOST IMPORTANT THING to keep in mind is not what the interviewer will ask you, but what you want the interviewer to know about you.

Relate your skills and experience with the organization's needs. Interviewing is a focused dialog with an immediate goal, convincing the employer that you are the best candidate for the position. While no one may be born with these persuasive skills, there are many ways in which you can prepare yourself so that you can effectively represent you and your abilities to the interviewer. While interviewing, you should remain positive, and be convincing.
