When will the course be available?

The course is currently available. Login through Web4.

What will happen if I do not complete AlcoholEdu?

A letter will be sent to Student Conduct for follow-up. Typically, a HOLD will be placed on your student account until you complete the course. A HOLD will prevent you from registering, adding or dropping classes.

Can you tell me where on campus I can use a computer to complete AlcoholEdu?

Some departments have computer labs for student use. The library also has computers available for public use.

I am having technical problems, what should I do?

Should you experience any difficulties or require support, the AlcoholEdu Online Technical Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Simply click the "Help" button located in the upper right hand corner of every AlcoholEdu College screen or call 1-866-384-9062. You do not need to be logged into the course to access the help site.

What does it take to pass the AlcoholEdu course?

A score of 80% or higher is required. There are instructions for retaking the course under the troubleshooting guide.
