Summer music lessons to be offered

Posted 05/15/14

The Fitchburg State University Foundation Music Lessons Program will offer summer courses this year for the first time. Students of all ages and skill levels are welcome.

Want to pick up your own music lessons where they left off? Or is it time to pick up a new instrument for the first time? Let the enthusiastic and experienced faculty of artist-teachers in the Foundation Music Lesson Program be your guide through this series of private lessons on the Fitchburg State campus. Offerings include voice, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, strings, piano, and drum set.

Lessons start at $125 for the series of five half-hour lessons.

The summer sessions will begin May 27 and July 7. The deadline to register for the first session is Friday, May 16, and the deadline for the second session is Friday, June 27.
