Choral Kaleidoscope to be performed Dec. 9

Choral KaleidoscopeFitchburg State University will present its annual Choral Kaleidoscope concert, bringing together university voices with singers from Narragansett Regional High School, Wachusett Regional High School, and the Bromfield School at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9 in Weston Auditorium, 353 North St. Admission is free and open to the public.

The collection of more than 100 voices join together for this annual tradition to perform an ever-shifting set of musical selections, including show tunes, spirituals, Renaissance, Baroque, avant-garde, South African, Scottish, Macedonian, and more.

“This annual tradition has become a highlight of the season,” said Professor Jonathan Harvey, who directs the university’s concert and chamber choirs.
