CTL Presents: Teaching and Learning Hour

About This Event

Lindsay Carpenter Connors, Director of the Fitchburg State University Career Services and Advising Center, will explore the nuances of advising for the needs and priorities of our current students. Participants will navigate supporting specific student populations, such as major and career path deciding students, student athletes, transfer students, adult learners, first generation students, neurodivergent students, student parents, etc., by learning strategies to get to know your advisees and aligning success with each student's goals.
