Join Dr. Julie Whitlow, Vice Provost for Faculty and Global Engagement at Salem State University, who will walk us through the world of Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL). Its purpose is to create virtual exchange and collaborative international learning partnerships that provide equitable access to experiences that develop students' global competencies.
