NES/MAA Conference

About This Event

The Northeastern section of the Mathematical Association of America conference will be held on campus Friday, June 2 from 9 a.m. through Saturday, June 3 at 5 p.m. Fitchburg State faculty Peter Staab serves on the program committee. Amy Wehe, Nermin Bayazit and Ben Levy serve on the local arrangement committee.

Invited speakers will be Jennie Quinn from the University of Washington, Marjorie Senechal from Smith College, and Joe Silverman from Brown University. More details can be found on the MAA website. The MAA is the world's largest community of mathematicians, students and enthusiasts.
