My Accounts First Time Login Instructions
The My Accounts web site is integrated into the Blackboard Learning Management system. You can log onto My Accounts by visiting http://blackboard.fitchburgstate.edu.
My Accounts provides you with a web-based interface (24x7x365) for self-management of your OneCard account. These are some of the features available through My Accounts:
- Quick Balance Checks (Fitchburg Gold, Falcon Dollars, Book Advance and Dining Points)
- Online Deposits with Major Credit Cards
- Monthly Statements
- Transaction History Reports
- E-mail Notifications
- Report Lost or Stolen Cards
Parents, Family, and Friends Deposit Instructions
- Go to http://blackboard.fitchburgstate.edu.
- Off the Main Page you should see a tab towards the top of the screen labeled "OneCard Guest Deposit". Click on this tab.
- Read the instructions carefully and click the "Deposit Funds" link.
- Enter the student's First and Last name, in addition to their Student ID (Banner ID) in the "Cardholder Information" box. When entering the Student ID number, do not type the "@" into the “Campus ID” field. For example, if the student’s ID number is "@00012345", enter the ID in as "12345" (without the quotes). Click "Lookup Cardholder". Then enter your Credit Card and contact information and click "Submit". (Note: Click the "Submit" button only once)
- The funds will be deposited immediately onto the students card and available for use. You will receive a copy of your transaction via e-mail. (Still need help? Call us at (978) 665-3039)
Students, Faculty, and Staff - "My Accounts" Logon Instructions
- Go to http://blackboard.fitchburgstate.edu.
- Enter your username and password (Falcon Key information).
Use your Falcon Key to login. Your username is the same as your e-mail username (i.e. "jsmith"). For your password use the last six digits of your Banner Student ID number. This number can be found on the front of your OneCard, on your class schedule, and on your student bill.
Students
Faculty/Staff
Use your Falcon Key to login. Your username & password is the same as your e-mail credentials. (i.e. "jsmith"). Call the Help Desk at (978) 665-4500 for assistance. - Once you are logged in, click on the “My Accounts” tab to view the features.
