OneCard Office
The “OneCard” is the official identification card of Fitchburg State University and issued to every student and employee. You will find that the OneCard is an essential key to campus life. Apart from being your official form of identification, it can be used for many other University services. The OneCard is your Library Card, Recreation Center Pass, Meal Card, Door Key, Campus Event Access, and much more. It also has a stored value account called Fitchburg Gold. This card eliminates the need to carry cash. Once you have loaded money onto your OneCard, it can be used to pay for various things around campus. Off Campus Programs (Receive Discounts & Pay with Fitchburg Gold)
Fitchburg State University and local area merchants have teamed up to provide a new service to the university's community. There are two programs available to local area merchants here at Fitchburg State; the BbOne program allows students, faculty and staff to use OneCard Fitchburg Gold funds as a form of payment at an off-campus merchant. The second program is the OneCard Discount program. Students, faculty and staff can present a valid Fitchburg State OneCard at the merchants’ location to receive an exclusive university discount.

The OneCard Office is located in the Anthony building, room 118 (Map). We are open year round except on state holidays. Normal Hours of Operation
Extended hours of Operation: Fall/Spring Semester
Extended hours for Summer I and Summer II
* Extended hours are only for the first two weeks of each fall and spring semester. ** To accommodate evening students and faculty, the OneCard Office will extend its office hours until 6pm (Monday–Thursday) during the first week of each summer session . OneCard Office Contact

To obtain a OneCard:
New Students Attending Orientation in the Fall
- If your picture was taken during a SOAR Orientation your card will be given to you during the Fall Orientation Check-In.
New Students
- You must bring one form of a photo ID (license, passport, etc.) and your class schedule print out to the OneCard Office.
New Faculty & Staff
- You must bring one form of a photo ID and confirmation of your employment with Banner ID number.
Replacement Cards:
Lost or Stolen Cards
Report lost or stolen cards immediately to the OneCard Office at Ext. 3039 during normal business hours or via the My Accounts section of blackboard.fitchburgstate.edu 24/7/365. New cards can be made at the OneCard office during normal business hours.
If your OneCard should be lost or stolen, you will be charged a $25 replacement fee. Lost or stolen cards are not subject to the one free replacement card per academic year policy. If you find your card after the card has been replaced destroy the card and throw it away. Refunds will not be issued after the fact.
Damaged Cards
Currently enrolled students are eligible for one free card replacement per academic year if the damaged card is surrendered to the OneCard Office. All subsequent damaged card replacements will cost $15.00 as long as the card is surrendered.
