Fitchburg State seeks out a variety of revenue sources to enhance its programmatic offerings and to sponsor research at the university. Our grant center is the locus for these efforts.

Our research efforts are also overseen by an institutional review board whose members are charged with protecting the rights and welfare of those who agree to participate.

At the same time, we look inward via the Office of Institutional Research, which collects and analyzes information about Fitchburg State for internal use and for external reporting.
