Conflict of Interest Law
All employees,regardless of status, are required to complete this training under the direction of the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission. The Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law is located on our forms page. Your Certificate of Completion should be sent to Human Resources within your first 5 days of employment. Diversity and Unlawful Harassment Prevention
All employees will receive a link in their Fitchburg State email account directing them to the diversity training program, as well as the unlawful harassment prevention program. Both trainings should be completed within 30 days of hire.
