Off Campus Housing Resources
The Commuter Affairs Program (out of the Office of Student Development) as a resource to all students provides information regarding off campus housing. This includes maintaining a current list of available off campus housing and providing resources for you in your off campus housing search. Staff members in the Commuter Affairs Program are available to discuss with you available options and provide resources and/or advice (within limitations) regarding living off campus and working with your landlord.

Special Notation
Landlords and/or Property Owners who are looking to rent property to the Fitchburg State community are advised to advertise their properties through local media outlets and the internet, and may post flyers on a bulletin board located just outside of the Office of Housing and Residential Services. The Commuter Affairs Program does not keep track of nor post listings for landlords or property owners. We advise students to check the bulletin board located outside of the Housing and Residential Services Office and to check the internet.

All Fitchburg State students are strongly encouraged to inspect properties and review lease agreements prior to signing a lease and moving in. Fitchburg State will not advertise, recommend, inspect, or evaluate any off-campus accommodations. All rental arrangements are the sole responsibility of tenants and property owners and/or landlords.
