Falcon 4 Health Challenge
Welcome to the Falcon 4 Health Challenge
We are so excited to offer this free program to the campus community. We will be discussing healthier habits over the next 4 weeks that we hope you will consider incorporating into your daily routine. Each Tuesday you will receive a new packet of information via email including a tracking card to record that weeks activity. The tracking card needs to be returned to Health Services the following Tuesday to participate in the weekly raffle.
