Undergraduate Research Conference
Undergraduate Conference on Research and Creative Practice
The Center for Teaching and Learning and the Fitchburg State University Student Government Association held its second Undergraduate Conference on Research and Creative Practice on the morning of Convocation Day, April 21, 2011. The Conference consisted of presentations by Fitchburg State students from all departments to promote both creativity and scholarship. We hope again this year to gain the interest of all faculty members who might begin to solicit student presentations.
The 2012 Conference which will take place on Thursday, April 26, will offer a rewarding opportunity for students throughout the University to showcase their academic achievements for each other, for the faculty, and for their families and friends. Classes will be cancelled for the entire day in order to encourage full participation and attendance at the Conference. Students will be able to present in a variety of ways including poster and oral presentations, media showings and performances.
