The Access Services Department integrates five key services units of the library: Circulation, Distance Learning and Extended Campus, Document Delivery/Interlibrary Loans, Reserves and Stacks. Serving as the hub of the department, the Circulation Desk is located near the entrance of the Gallucci-Cirio Library. This is where you can checkout and return library materials including Course Reserves and Interlibrary Loans, activate and update your library account, pay library fines and fees, request thesis binding, get general assistance, and more. Access Services' focus is on developing and providing access to the wide range of services for Fitchburg State students, faculty and staff, whether you are on campus or in one of our distance learning and extended campus programs.
